The response time of Amazon aStore is tracked periodically and the average response times are provided below. Note that these
timings are not only dependent on the reponsiveness of the Amazon affiliate websites, but also the network from which the
response is measured. Actual response time also varies based on the type of network, location of access and network congestion.
However, with large data set, the sample should be statistically significant. If you experience your website filled with
amazon affiliate links and widgets to be slow, visit this page to check the latest response timings.

Data in PST, Amazon's Headquarters Timezone
Almost all reasonably successful amazon affiliates must have wished atleast once that the reports were realtime. Since that's
not the case, all of us have to wait for the next day. But what if the response time is an indication of how well your
affiliate site is doing? The idea is that with more load on the system, while Amazon has excellent system in place to scale
out, the response time might be marginally slower. So, what if this minor fluctuation gives an indication of how well Amazon
is doing? Note that Amazon doing well is no indication that you would be doing well as an affiliate. However, just as much
as a positive corelation is useful, so is the negative corelation. That is, you would know that your website is not doing
well inspite the overall market is doing well (and currently there is no way to figure out whether the previous day is bad
overall or just for you).
